Much Love,

As promised I’m trying to catch up with writing out my patterns in order to share them with you. Here is one I did today and I hope you like it, I really look forward to seeing the creations you come up with, all the different colour combinations, colours etc and what you actually make with the squares 😀

So here is the pattern:

Materials:

  • Yarn of your choosing (I used 8ply aka dk yarn and a 5mm hook)
  • Corresponding hook size
  • Scissors
  • Yarn needle

Notes:

  • This pattern is written in US terms
  • I used 7 colours for this design, starting at one certain colour and then ‘ordering’ them in what colours I thought go best from one to the other. I can’t really word that properly as my baby brain is tiring (almost bed time) Each new square, I flipped the order of the colours (see photos), then chose a new start colour and did the same again… trying to make sense lol
  • Fpdc together – yarn over, insert yarn behind st to the right of the hook, pull hook back, yarn over, pull through two loops, yarn over, insert yarn behind st to the left of the hook, pull hook back, yarn over pull through two loops, yarn over, pull through three loops.
